Easter's on its way! If you're planning a special family feast this upcoming Sunday, April 8, be sure to consider serving our lamb on your table.  

Our free range, grass-fed lamb is from our Katahdin sheep herd. Our sheep follow our cattle through our pastures in a Serengeti Plains Rotational Grazing System. Large ruminants [cattle] are followed through the pastures by small ruminants [sheep] who are followed through the pastures by our poultry [chickens and turkeys].  This is unquestionably the best land management system for our farm. It humanely results in lamb that is superb!
