Solaire Moms
Solaire is a group of moms from Syracuse, Jamesville-DeWitt, East Syracuse, Fayetteville-Manlius, Cazenovia and beyond who gather together for encouragement and community and to share our ups and downs of marriage, motherhood and womanhood. Solaire welcomes moms with children of all ages to join us for good food and conversation on the first and third Wednesdays of every month. Childcare is provided by a background checked, paid staff of childcare workers. Our group meets in the lobby of Eastern Hills Bible Church which is located on Rt. 92 in Manlius . YMCA Drug Prevention Forum
Oct 11, 7pm, East Area YMCA
(200 Towne Drive, Fayetteville)
Parents of teens and pre-teens need to know the trends and signs of teen drug use so they can keep their kids safe. To help, the East Area Family YMCA will host a free forum for parents at 7 p.m. Oct. 11. The event, organized by Town of Manlius Justice Bob O'Leary, will allow parents to learn from local experts in teen drug use.
