MISSIONS
Highlights and/or needs of current missions connected with EHBC.
Hope-a-Thon African Lunch
Join us after a service on July 8 for an African style lunch and support Hopeprint as they love and serve the resettled refugees on the Northside of Syracuse. All proceeds from the lunch will be donated to Hopeprint. For more information about the ongoing work of Hopeprint go to Hopeprint.org
Phil Fields
Please pray for Phil Fields, one of our Global partners, as he seeks to set up an NGO (non profit organization) in Indonesia to provide an avenue for Indonesian Christians to contribute funds to the printing and distribution of scripture translated in their own language. Pray that an organized way will be provided for them to give to this effort in their own country for their own people.
Ghana Trip
Continue to pray for our team while they are in Ghana! You can follow the team blog here. Two of our travelers are teachers at Mott Road Elementary School. They will also be posting regularly for their students to follow along. You can follow them with this link.
SENEGAL: Please pray for Pastor Mbaye, that he is getting the support he needs from the mission team in Thies and he has time to spend with the Lord to replenish and be filled with the Holy Spirit. He is the pastor in Ndiandiane, our adopted village of 1300 people, primarily muslim.

Community Resource of the Week
"It doesn't matter what level of leadership you are in, (community group, worship pastor, mega pastor, etc.) too often we use those around for ministry rather than invest in those around us for ministry. Are your people used for ministry or invested for ministry?" Kevin Peck weighs in on this important question.
