The Good Samaritan Fund
The Good Samaritan Fund at Eastern Hills is a resource for those struggling with emergency financial needs. We encourage God's people who would like to share their resources with those in our church family who are struggling financially, to contribute to our Good Samaritan fund by placing a check made out to Eastern Hills Bible Church, Good Samaritan Fund, in our offering.

DivorceCare: Surviving the Holidays Events
Surviving the Holidays is a warm, encouraging, and helpful event. Featuring video instruction and group discussion, it helps you deal with the intense pain of separation and divorce during the holiday season. Here's what you'll do during a Surviving the Holidays event: You'll watch a 40-minute video, filled with practical tips on how to survive the holidays, hear from others in your group who are dealing with a marital breakup this holiday season, discover practical, stress-reducing ideas that will help you face the holidays and learn why it's still possible to celebrate this holiday season.

Manlius Christmas Tree Lighting
& Winter Festival!
We will be providing resources and volunteers. We can use your help to make this a great event and a wonderful Christmas tradition for families and neighbors of Fayetteville-Manlius. The event will be held this Sun, Dec 4 from 2pm-7pm at the Manlius Village Center. 
How can you help!
1. Volunteer. There are many easy ways to give your time to this event, in short shifts. Click here to volunteer! 2. Invite your neighbors! This will be a fun event for families of all ages. There will be ice sculpting, horse-drawn sleigh rides, sledding, games, crafts, music, food, Santa Claus and more... Invite them through Facebook. 3. Invite your Community Group. If you plan to meet for Community Group that day, then come join us as a group. There is no better way to engage your community than actually doing so!
4. Post, Share and Tweet. We are promoting this event to the schools and community, but word of mouth is the best way to spread the word. Find us on Facebook.
Project CAFÉ is holding its 4th Annual Toy Shop Event. Dec 9 & 10, Burton Street School. They are accepting gently used toys from now until Dec 5. Drop boxes are available at Common Grounds, Eastern Hills Foyer and numerous other spots around Caz. The toys will be carefully refurbished and then sold at bargain prices with all proceeds to benefit the less fortunate this holiday season.Check your closets and let those forgotten toys be re-loved for a great cause!
Edgewood Gallery Holiday Exhibit

Edgewood Gallery is having a Holiday Exhibit, featuring Alison Fisher's acrylic and mixed media paintings, jewelry made of unique mixed metals and found objects, and textiles including handbags,scarves, pillows and throws. 10% of proceeds will be donated to the CNY Horn of Africa.

CNY Horn Of Africa Famine Relief

The ongoing drought in the Horn of Africa is the worst the region has seen in 60 years. Experts have even declared famine in Somalia.That hasn't happened anywhere in the world since the 1980s. And nearly 12 million people remain at risk. World Vision is working in this hard-hit region to provide emergency food, lifesaving medicine, drought-resistant seeds, and access to clean water. Thanks to generous grants, your gift will multiply five times to help World Vision rush critical aid to families who are struggling to survive.
