Student Community will be hosting a pancake breakfast THIS Sun, Oct. 2 to raise money for "Books Are Food for Thought," a non-profit program started by Stephanie Breed, one of our FM graduate's! Pancakes will be served after the 8:15am service and will continue until the pancakes are gone after the 11am service. "Books Are Food for Thought" delivers books to kids in Central New York that receive free meals. The program's overall goal is to promote literacy by annually delivering 5-6 books to each child. Over 10,000 books have already been delivered to over 1, 200 kids!
