THE HUBB: Angeline's Latest Buzz
It was a month ago that we launched our bar, The Hubb*, and we are thrilled with the way it has caught on. We love that people like the relaxed atmosphere as they order
tasty appetizers with accompanying cocktails, wine or beer.
We plan to develop the Hubb further into the Fall as it has definitely quenched the thirst of our clients!
The bar food menu is here.
One of our most popular items is oysters, chosen especially by clients who want to cool down in the hot summer weather. Served with three intriguing sauces.

Melanie preparing oysters for you!
|
*The name was inspired by Henry Hubbs, Angeline Noxon's husband who built this house in 1869, on land given him by Angeline's father Samuel Noxon. We like to think of it as the centre of all things happening! |

FARM to TABLE
What's great about being in the County is that we are surrounded by amazing food producers, farms and orchards.
 | | Heirloom lettuces at Vicki's Veggies |
One of the most inventive farmers in the County is Vicki Emlaw who is passionate about keeping alive some of the original seeds from way back as far as the 18th century. Fascinating stuff, these heirloom products. And yes we have them for your enjoyment!
