VALENTINE'S and NEW BEGINNINGS
Valentine's weekend, much anticipated and already upon us, engenders heart-felt thoughts and positive feelings of appreciation.
It is made even more special for us with Michael Potters opening our season. Welcome Michael! |

VALENTINE'S MENU
Simplicity and purity in food preparation is Michael's goal, rooted in classical French traditions. He has created a style which is a paradox: elegant yet down-to-earth. His menu brilliantly honours his approach.
Specially for Valentine's weekend is a 4-course menu, mouth-watering in its detail. Click here for more.
Reservations are recommended. We are open from Thursday Feb 10- Monday 14th. From then on, Thurs - Sun 5.30 - 9.00 pm.

Winter is the time of year when we truly appreciate our local farmers. The ground is covered with snow and we long for the bounty of warmer months.
We continue to use local products from our farmers' cellars, barns and green houses in anticipation of Spring.

| RITA THIVIERGE EXHIBITION
Another huge treat in store is our new exhibition of stunning paintings by Rita Thivierge. Her abstract landscapes vibrate with energy and brilliant colour.

The paintings are perfectly set against the new colours in our dining rooms.
You are invited to enjoy them with us during the rest of the Spring season. |

POTS AND PANS
Michael has said that Angéline's vision and philosophy matches his; that we are on the same path. He aims to continue Willi's legacy, melding together his own ideas with those of the past. Part of that legacy is farm-to-table cuisine, and the respect for, and valuing of tried and true elements in the creation of fine specialities, even down to the utensils used in the kitchen,
Deep in our cavernous cellar Michael discovered these lovely old copper pans that Willi cherished and used daily. He resuscitated them with love and masses of elbow grease.
What a pleasure to have them back!
