Taste the County Sept 25
The 9th annual one-day celebration of regional cuisine will be held at The Crystal Palace in Picton, featuring regional chefs, gifted growers and wonderful winemakers. It's a fun day full of delicious tastes, music and enjoyment. We will be there to welcome you - as we were last year in this photo - serving Sébastien Schwab's speciality:
'pockets' of pulled pork with yummy Calvados-tinged apple bites.
Come and visit our stand and try this delicious sample of Seb's cuisine.

Bubbling over
Recently we held a 'Name the Master Suite' contest on Facebook. We are pleased to announce that the winning name is The Champagne Suite. To us it connotes a sense of celebration, a hint of elegance and an effervescence that is linked to happy, positive moments. Thanks to everyone who entered; we were touched by the enthusiasm of the participants.
Guests reserving the Champagne Suite will find a bottle of bubbly awaiting them. Mais bien sur!
