Contractor Comedy

Three Brothers

Three elderly brothers, who had all retired from the construction trade, ages 92, 94 and 96, shared a house together.

One evening, the 96 year old brother went upstairs to take a bath. As he put his foot into the tub, he paused. Then he yelled down to the other two

brothers

and asked,

"Was I getting in the tub or out?"

"You dern fool," said the 94 year old.

"I'll come up and see."

When he got half way up the stairs he paused.

"Was I going up the stairs or down?"

The 92 year old brother

was sitting at the kitchen table drinking a cup of tea and thought,

"I hope I never get that forgetful, knock on wood."

He shook his head and called out,

"I'll be up to help you both as soon as I see who's at the door."

Disney Stuff

According to one source, Americans buy about 5 million things that are shaped like Mickey Mouse, or have a picture of Mickey Mouse on them, in the course of one day.

Walt Disney named Mickey Mouse after Mickey Rooney, whose mother he dated for some time.

Walt Disney was dyslexic.

Mickey Mouse was the first non-human to win an Oscar.

QUOTE OF THE MONTH

"Government's view of the economy could be summed up in a few short phrases:

If it moves, tax it.

If it keeps moving, regulate it.

And if it stops moving, subsidize it."
