Learning Outcomes: · Learn and experience various different ways to match your coachee to gain rapport. . Explore and experience the effect of using your body posture and the space where you are working to build deep relationships with others. . Experience the power of your thoughts in creating safety in your coaching sessions and life in general. . Learn and experience the difference between focusing on task vs.relationship or content vs. process. . Learn how to be a sponsor for another at a deep level and experience what it feels like to be sponsored by another.
