Our May ICF Suisse Romande chapter meeting centers on the Art of Sponsoring led by Suzi Smith, co-author and NLP certified expert. As coaches we need to create a coaching presence before you can create trust and intimacy.  If you are asking yourself, what is sponsoring as it relates to professional coaching, join us this month to gain some insights and practices, many of which are from the field of NLP (Neurolinguistic Programming).

With all of the shifts and changes happening around us and with our clients, this session based on ICF Core Competencies offers us a way to sharpen our skills and efficacy as professional coaches and entrepreneurs. Join us to see what is possible for YOU.  The Time is NOW!!

Description of the workshop:

This presentation is designed to give you information about and experience with "The Art of Sponsoring". Coaching requires the ability to develop a sense of presence as a coach first, then you can establish a felt sense of trust and intimacy in your coaching relationships. When these exist, the coachee feels safe to explore their own growth and development and feels sponsored by the coach.

Come to this presentation to learn powerful ways to deepen your coaching effects. Much of what you will learn comes from the field of NLP. (Neuro Linguistic Programming).

Learning Outcomes:

           · Learn and experience various different ways to match your coachee to gain rapport.
. Explore and experience the effect of using your body posture and the space where you
are working to build deep relationships with others.
. Experience the power of your thoughts in creating safety in your coaching sessions and
             life in general.
. Learn and experience the difference between focusing on task vs.relationship or content
             vs. process.
. Learn how to be a sponsor for another at a deep level and experience what it feels like
             to be sponsored by another.
