Greetings!
"Connecting Worlds"
ICF Envisioned Future:
"Coaching is an
integral part of society and ICF members represent the highest standard in
professional coaching."
***************************************
You might notice we have a new look for this invitation. In our continuing efforts, we are bringing our
ICF Switzerland communications and website to be consistent with your website
and the newest initiatives of ICF global.
Please let us know what you think.
We are living interesting times and much of what we "know" is changing. ICF is also in a phase of more clearly defining
our differentiation and setting standards.
Specifically, ICF has two major initiatives in place: -
Clarifying the ICF Brand
-
Defining the ICF Credential Program and process
With all of this comes a certain rigor across our
federation. Traditionally, we have
accepted any and all interested parties as "members." That is changing! In the next phase of our development, we will
become more selective, set higher standards and be more of a leader in our
exciting and important profession. Our
market is demanding more clarity around what is a professional coach? What is Professional Coaching? If you have been considering obtaining the ICF Credential. The time is NOW. Contact us if you would like support in the credentilaing process.
To meet this demand, your ICF Suisse Romande Chapter continues
you to bring you relevant and interactive workshops to practice and enhance
your coaching skills, provide an opportunity to expand your coaching "back
pack" and an open space for meeting and networking with other coaches.
Our March ICF Suisse Romande chapter meeting is on the
important practice of coach supervision, led by Anne Archer, ICF
member, executive coach, coach trainer and coach supervisor
on the subject of Coach Supervision.
