Maine is home to a surprising number of authors and illustrators. We're delighted to provide Maine families with the opportunity to meet some of them at two upcoming events.

Join picture book creators Amy MacDonald, Scott Nash and Lynn Plourde as they help bring to life the stories in Books from Maine: A Raising Readers Collection.

The latest in our series of anthologies by Maine authors & illustrators, the

*Kids: bring in your anthology to be signed.*

book is currently being distributed to five year olds across Maine at their annual well child visit. If you don't have the book, but want to share it with your child before the event, visit your local library. All public libraries in Maine have copies of this and our other anthologies.

Join us September 24 at the Maine Discovery Museum in Bangor or November 5th at the Children's Museum & Theatre of Maine in Portland.
