Come view Ferncliff Village on Saturday, Dec. 10th!

The street has been named, the plat has been approved and the property is open to view this weekend!
As important contributors to the
Ferncliff Village project, we wanted to extend a specific invitation to you to come take a walk where YOU literally are helping build a community!
The Ferncliff Tour will include a walk down the new Curtis Lane, a stroll along the new trail to Cave Road and a close up view of the beginning of construction of the first houses at Ferncliff Village. See the bus shelter (built by
Bainbridge Island Community Woodshop with wood logged from the site, milled by
Coyote Woodshop with joinery done by
Salisbury Woodworking), the public trail that was built in partnership with the Bainbridge Island Park District and the site of the first homes to be built in Ferncliff Village.
With four homes sold and now under construction, the tour signifies the final plat approval from Bainbridge Island City Council on November 16th and represents a huge milestone for the project. Read the great article on the Ferncliff Tour and what this means for the community on
Inside Bainbridge. Coffee and donuts will be served.
It is because of the support that you provided to Housing Resources Board and your support of the vision that Ferncliff Village represents that has gotten us here. It would be an honor to have you join us for this important event.
Parking will be available across the street. Please contact Ken Balizer at 842.1909 1# for more information.
