Bainbridge Island's first sustainable, community land trust development is under construction!
If you've driven down Ferncliff lately, it's hard to miss the action taking place on the Ferncliff Village site. Read more in a
recent report provided to the Bainbridge Island City Council.
Central Highland Builders has started the site work this past month that will provide the infrastructure for phase one which will consist of 24 individual homes. Construction on the new homes will begin in August or September.
Interest is high and growing!Pass the word! With prices starting under $200,000, there have been many people who are interested in the new homes at Ferncliff Village. Currently we have about half of the houses under application. But there is still lots of time to participate.
