describing her plans for affordable housing on Ferncliff Ave. for
Housing Resources Board, and Jennifer Sutton, from the Planning &
Community Development Department, with the Housing Design Demonstration
Project (HDDP) Ordinance.
The
need for affordable additions to the stock of housing on Bainbridge
Island has long been recognized, worried over, and worked upon by
policy makers, architects, and builders. Responses to the economic and
environmental challenges we face will take many forms. This program
focuses upon what's possible, and actually happening, within the
boundaries of Winslow.
