KDR Fitness is starting our Female Fat Loss classes specifically for busy summer moms.  The classes will be held in Plainfield (location TBD) and KDR Enfield.  The program is six weeks in length with three thirty minute work outs per week.  Nutrition will make or break a fat loss program so not only is nutrition included (at no extra charge!) but also how to integrate healthy food choices into your kid's lifestyles.  The first session will start TONIGHT at 6:45pm and the second session will start July 7th. We just added a third session which starts July 12th.

Female Fat Loss Class Description:
A full body, science based, KICK ASS work out!  Our FFLC is just what it sounds...a class (yes you will be learning and doing) that is designed to shred fat, build lean body mass and ignite your metabolism.  Work outs will last approximately thirty minutes.  Each work out will change every three weeks to keep "metabolic confusion" at a high.

The sessions are six weeks long and include:
-Nutrition manual
-Kids add on nutrition manual
-An optional thirty minute "mommy and me" work out.
-Pre and post measurements
-AN UNBELIEVABLE FUN TIME AND A GREAT  ATMOSPHERE!
