News From LBD
May 2011 Volume 3 Issue 5

Leadership By Design is proud to announce the development of its new website.

          www.leadershipbydesign.org.

Often times people been asked us, "How do we tell others what you really do?" It is a fair question. Leadership development isn't an easy concept to communicate to others.

This new website was developed with that question in mind. It is designed to let you, and people you refer to us, know who LBD is, what we do and how we can be of benefit to you and future clients.

There are informational videos presented by John Branstad, descriptions of our leadership processes with testimonials, an archive of the LBD newsletter, plus much more.

This new site has also been designed to be a marketing piece that is easy to navigate. It will highlight today's increasing demands for leadership development and offer an outline of possible solutions. We encourage you to visit the site and explore how you, your organization, and/or people you know, may benefit from the professional services provided by LBD. We then invite you to share the link with others.

Leadership Tip of The Month

Success in today's complex and global arena is challenging and the rules are changing. We can be assured of several things:

The speed with which change is occurring will increase, and the competition will intensify. Effectively communicating who you are, what you do and how you can be of service to others is imperative.

Does your website truly reflect who you are and what you do?  Is it easy to navigate?  Is it professional? Your website sets the tone for what you can deliver to your prospects. Don't blow this opportunity!

Consider consulting with a marketing specialist and professional web designer to make sure your site is driving business to you, not away form you.
