Challenging times have a way of pushing on people to find new ways to sustain and grow. This past year has certainly presented unprecedented challenges. At the same time, this amazing community continued to step up and is positioned better than ever to meet those challenges. Over the past several months, task forces made up of board members, staff, volunteers, and community partners have met to reflect and to create a plan for building IOCP capacity and the capacity of "the whole village" to help our neighbors build new and hopeful futures. Task force recommendations were reviewed and approved by the IOCP Board of Directors and have been integrated into an exciting new strategic plan that will be shared at IOCP's April 29th annual meeting.
