Summer is finally here.........
The summer has finally arrived and boy, does mother nature mean business. Hard to believe it was snowing on April 1st. The sun brings about a whole new appreciation for the earth...beautiful flowers in bloom, the sweet taste of farm-fresh fruit, the smells of camping, the shouts of outdoor sports, the hot sun and the company of bugs. Stay safe in the sun....
The sun asks us out to play...she calls from the park, whispers from the beach, teases from tje playground. And while she provides vitamin D and helps us shake off those winter blues, those glorious rays need to be absorbed in moderation.
For those long days out in the sun, be protected with a natural sunscreen. Look for sunscreens with the active ingredient zinc oxide and avoid suncreens that contain parabens, phthalates, propolylene glycol and other synethetic ingredients.
