Personally, I spent the month working with a large insurance company in a massive engagement with multiple other Vanguard interventionists. My focus . . . information technology. We are at the beginning, but with operations and IT deploying the 3-day overview of the Vanguard Method, and beginning scoping (detailed "check"), the opportunity for improvement is systemic and profound. I will keep you updated on progress and findings.
Additionally, we did our first 3-day program for public housing in the US. As you know, the Vanguard Method is widely used in the UK in public housing arena with the results being well-documented and spectacular.
