Golf
Tournament Participants and Volunteers had Great Experiences

What a day! It was a pleasure for me to bring three close friends
to participate in the AES HOF 2009 golf tournament. Even though the wind
made the golf course pretty difficult, my teammates really enjoyed
themselves.
I had emails when I got home that night from all three saying
what a great event it was and that they looked forward to participating in 2010.
Thanks to all the great volunteers for making 2009 even better than the
inaugural event. I look forward to continuing to support the HOF's efforts
to raise scholarship funds for future Titans. Keep up the great
work!!!

Just a quick note to tell you how much I enjoyed the golf
tournament. Everything was well planned and enjoyable.
It was great to see
old friends and make new ones. (Maybe I shouldn't say "old!") I am sure
there was some good golf played somewhere on the Montgomery Country Club
course that day!
Most importantly, it was a pleasure to meet the
scholarship recipients. Both are deserving and appreciative.
Many thanks to the planning group for your efforts. I look
forward to next year's tournament!

What a great day for the
Hall of Fame and for the athletic programs at Einstein! I had the
privilege of working the "Pot 'O Gold" hole and being able to meet
and greet all the golfers who supported our event.
Not only did
I get to meet these wonderful people, I got to experience once again
their generosity and their eagerness to help the kids at AEHS.
We
had an 80% participation from the golfers that came through, and as
you know, the cost to play the Pot "O Gold was essentially another
donation. Most of the guys and gals didn't hesitate; if it was for
the students at AEHS, they were in.
So, my thanks again to Paul
and Ricky and the HOF Tournament Committee and the golfers who made this a
great day!
