Einstein's famed Class of '69 40th Reunion

Einstein's famed Class of '69 was never a slave to the rules (those with good memories will recall that we abolished the school's dress code). So now that 40 years have flown by since we grabbed our diplomas and pranced into the unknown chapters of our future lives, let's break convention once again.
Rather than gather at a sterile hotel hall, let's catch-up, compare notes and reminisce at the scene of our youth: the school itself. Let's piggyback a reunion with an occasion where at least two of our own (and finest) are among those being honored at the Fourth Annual Albert Einstein High School Athletic Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony -- Nick Cardy and Marty Riskam.

On Friday, October 2, starting at 5:30 p.m., a barbeque dinner will be served at the football field prior to the Hall of Fame football game. A hospitality tent will be erected just beyond the track on the football field to welcome all returning graduates, family and friends.
After the game there is a post game party at Rosensteel Knights of Columbus Hall located on Rosensteel Road just off Forest Glen Road in Silver Spring. At the post game party, hors d' oeuvres and snacks will be provided along with music from JD the DJ, dancing, and a cash bar.

The Reunion Package that includes the barbeque dinner, football game ticket, and post game party is $50.00. The deadline for reservations is Tuesday, September 1, 2009.
Please feel free to pass this information on to other class of '69 alumni that you have stayed in contact with over the years. Word of mouth will be our greatest asset to make the reunion a success!
