
Where is that online User Forum again? How do I find the Release notes? When is Pageflex training? How do I request a demo site? Where are those archived Lunch 'n' Learns? Where can I learn more about PunchOut?
Until now, to get answers to these questions you'd have to visit about 10 different resources. Four51 has developed some great content and tools over the years, but they're spread all over, hidden behind multiple logons, and in many cases just plain hard to find. Bad planning on our part.
So, we took a deep breath and built a central library called the
Customer Resource Center (CRC). We think it's a big step in the right direction. It's a one-stop shop for all
the information you need to be successful using Four51.
To entice you to visit the CRC, here's a little gem that many of you may not know about: the Network Status Page.
Click here to visit the Self Service Tools area of the CRC, then click on
Status of Four51 Application. You can subscribe to a variety of Four51 system alerts via email and text message. Our tech team updates the status page regularly, so you'll know what we know as soon as we know it! Use this information to be proactive with your customers -- let them know what's going on before they ask.
