 There's that awful moment when you know it's about to happen, but you can't prevent it. That moment is followed by lots of pain. Deleting data is like that. You click the button, and then more or less simultaneously there's that bad feeling in the pit of your stomach. In Release 11, by popular request, Four51 gave administrative users the ability to delete buyer companies. Did you know it's permission-based, and there's an audit trail of who hit Delete/OK? There's an excellent Discover Four51 article waiting for you here. Nevertheless, use caution. And if you lost some business that you intend to win back, consider simply deactivating the buyer catalog for a while.
