Do your customers ever just want a pdf? For static products, that's a simple right-click. But what about variable products? It might be a product that you're essentially giving away and don't intend to track, like an HR form used once a year where the variable component is the employee name. The buyer can print it from his desktop.

Another example we hear about is branch locations -- restaurants, salons, fitness centers, auto parts stores, you name it -- building ads on Four51 then delivering the pdf to local media outlets.
