2011 WINTER TRADE SHOW
GCPPA's 2011 Winter Trade Show took place on March 2nd at Fort Lauderdale's Broward County Convention Center. Some 85 exhibitors showcased more than 180 product lines to the 333 people in attendance.
This show's membership drive added 38 new GCPPA members, making this year's show one of the most successful to date.

TSF Sportswear Tour - April 28th!
TSF is an apparel warehouse that supplies distributors with unembellished product. The tour begins in customer service where your order is placed. You will then be walked though the entire process. Your tour takes you though the showroom, the warehouse, and the return group where you will meet and discuss the return process with the person who handles your returns. Lunch is served as your tour concludes.
Tour starts at 11;00 a.m., lunch is served at noon.
Tour is limited to 15 people, so sign up today!

The Advantages Roadshow

GCPPA Website Scheduled to Launch
GCPPA's website is in currently in the process of being redesigned. Several improvements are being added to make the site more useful and informative including: - Online event registration.
- Online payments for events and membership dues.
- Online Membership Application.
- Online Membership Directory.
- Ability to make updates to your contact and staff information.
- Online sign up for committees
- Access to association news and events
- Links to regional websites and supplier websites.
The new-and-improved site is scheduled to launch in April.

GCPPA Legislative is Working for You!
Washington D.C. GCPPA President Joseph Miller and PPAF Legislative Chair, Wayne Greenberg will be traveling to Washington D.C. next week for L.E.A.D (Legislative Education and Action Day).They will meet with Senators Bill Nelson(D) and Marco Rubio(R) as well as Representatives Ted Deutch and Gus Bilirakis to discuss the repeal of the 1099 law, consumer safety and product testing and healthcare reform. This program is sponsored by PPAI. President Miller will take the opportunity to promote small businesses in the promotional products industry and emphasize the fact that promotional products are a valid advertising medium that need to be recognized. Tallahassee, FL In a joint effort between GCPPA and PPAF, President Miller and Wayne Greenberg will travel to Tallahassee with GCPPA Supplier Members in an effort to amend current laws that affect the promotional product industry in the State of Florida.
