The fun never really stops in Beacon.  Even when it isn't 2nd Saturday.  Lots of art & music, but also yoga, figure drawing, interesting meetings, and a BacaLounge at Open Space on Wednesday evening. 
 
Saturday morning you can sign up for Open Studios at Bank Sq. and don't forget Riverfest on June 26 at Riverside Park!

Come on down and hear some of the best and most original talent in the area perform live on our stage. The coffee's hot and the refreshments are home made and just as delicious as the musical entertainment. If you want to join the show you can sign up starting at 7:30. If you want to see the show there's always plenty of great seats available for the festivities. The fun starts at 8 PM and usually goes on untill 11 PM.

Beacon Riverfest: GET READY TO ROCK! June 26  

GET READY TO ROCK! As featured in Hudson Valley magazine, The Poughkeepsie Journal, and Chronogram magazine...Three bands will headline on one center stage in a landmark event for Beacon: "Super Rock" legends The Fleshtones; Grammy-nominated recording artist and performer, Tracy Bonham; and Brooklyn-based alt-country jam band, Yarn. Local 845 is producing Beacon Riverfest 2010 in partnership with the Beacon Arts Community Association (BACA) and the City of Beacon in Beacon, New York's renovated Riverfront Park. Free and open to the public, the event will be held on Saturday, June 26, from 2pm to dusk-rain or shine.
