The Big Draw 7p - Marion Royael Gallery
A night of live drawing, art for sale, music and festivities to benefit Beacon Open Studios 2010. $10 at the door gets you 2 free drinks as well as dj music, snacks and beverages. Work O'the Weavers.  The Weavers introduced us to songs that have become part of our collective consciousness, with a freshness and exubernce never before heard. Faithfull to their original arrangements, this rousing and illuminating program will have you singing the songs that gave heart to a generation. The original Weavers were Pete Seeger, Lee Hays, Ronnie Gilbert, and Fred Hellerman. Come on down and hear David Bernz, Martha Sandefer, James Durst, and Mark Murphy recreate a loving and entertaining tribute to America's pioneering folk quartet.
