The Return Receipt feature of your e-mail software should only be used for important issues where it is critical to knowing the other side opened your e-mail. This feature if overused or used for general
day to day communications can be perceived  as intrusive. Make sure you use your discretion when utilizing this feature. Keep in mind opened or received does not
necessarily mean the party actually read your e-mail. Also, in most e-mail programs a request for a Return Receipt acknowledgement can simply be denied. Read more...

A crowd of business people gathered for the 2010 Business<2>Business Showcase, May 13 at the Rainwater Conference Center. Nearly 70 vendors displayed their products and services at the event. Food was provided by Ahh David R.S.V.P., Covington's Dining & Catering, Hilton Garden Inn's Great American Grill and the Rainwater Conference Center.

Professional Consultants Receive Mid-Year Update
Professional Consultants met at the Holiday Inn Hotel and Conference Center for lunch on May 11 to discuss this year's progress and what was ahead. So far in 2010, 17 hours of consultation have been provided.  The most requested consultation has been legal advice.  The mission of the Professional Consultants is to provide professional, meaningful assistance to entrepreneurs.  If you are interested in donating your time to be a professional consultant or if you would like to learn more about the program, contact Courtney Ruttinger.
