As the 6th and 7th grade PRISM parents are going to be instrumental in planning the 8th Grade PRISM end of Year Event (which 8th grade parents won't want to miss), it falls to 8th grade parents to help out the 6th grade in supporting the "Faces of Odle" event this week. Mrs. Boyd and nearly all 6th grade parents will be occupied with the interviews their students will be performing to complete their projects. We need 8th grade parents to sign up asap for some very easy tasks to make this a success and show our students the kind of school spirit we would like them to have.

Before the event                               One parent to buy the cookies, coffee, and tea (to be reimbursed by PTSA, of course) and deliver to school before the event.

4:30-5:00pm Thursday 10/20       Two parents to help set up chairs and refreshment table, coffee maker, and hot water dispenser (for tea)

6-7:30pm Thursday 10/20             One parent to brew coffee, prepare hot water, and set out refreshments and napkins, and also clean up at the end
