An Unfinished Canvas: District Capacity and the Use of New State Fund s for Arts Education in California considers district capacity for providing standards- based arts education
and reports on the current levels of capacity among California districts. The
report also documents how districts allocated funds from the 2006 Arts, Music, and Physical Education Grant, and the ongoing Arts and Music Block Grant.
