Greetings!
Each day, our staff and volunteers tirelessly commit themselves to the fight against child abuse. We hear shocking stories, see the aftermath of horrific abuse and devote our compassion and efforts to serving these vulnerable children. It is the support of the community that allows us to continue the fight to protect children. One of my favorite visitors to our office is 9 year old, Nathan Bush. Nathan has accomplished more for children than many adults have done. He has sold beautiful, handmade jewelry and has raised $1,545 for CASA since the summer. Nathan told us recently, "I am always going to help kids at CASA!"
That is why our annual appeal is called Nathan's Challenge. Please join our friends, the Hon. Harry LaRosiliere, 2010 Annual Appeal Chair, and Nathan to help us serve more children and change young lives for the better! You can make a difference, too!

Nathan's Challenge
I have been a supporter of CASA of Collin County for many years. As a parent, Plano City Council Member, CASA Advisory Board Member and former CASA Board Chair, I believe in the important work CASA does for abused children in the foster care system. In fact, over the past 19 years, CASA of Collin County has provided the voice in the court for over 6,500 of our children in the child welfare system looking for a safe and loving "forever home."
Our caseloads are increasing and we need your help to make sure EVERY child has a CASA! I invite you to take "Nathan's Challenge." Nathan is a 9 year old boy who has already raised over $1,000 for CASA this year. Join Nathan and many faithful CASA supporters to help us raise $25,000 during "Nathan's Challenge" by year end. We will have updates on the CASA website about "Nathan's Challenge" and hope we can count on you to join us! Read more...
Thank you for joining us in the fight against child abuse!

Thanks for making a difference, Nathan! Won't you join him in Nathan's Challenge and give generously for CASA's annual appeal? |
