Upon
arrival at the exquisite and newly renovated Hotel InterContinental, you will
be entering a Vintage Hollywood scene, complete with red carpet, paparazzi, and
all the glitter and glamour of the nostalgic Hollywood era.
The
silent auction will be featured in the foyer adjacent to the Ballroom, and will
be highlighted with décor reminiscent of the Hollywood Walk of
Fame. As you browse the silent auction faire, every one of our
discriminating guests is sure to find an item that they simply cannot live
without!
At 8, the doors to the Grand Ballroom will open to unveil a Hollywood
Extravaganza, with vintage Hollywood décor including beautiful red rose and
white feather centerpieces,, Hollywood Clapper
Boards and other touches reminiscent of the film industry.
Our
special guests will surely want to mix and mingle over cocktails at the
Classic Lounge vignettes featured around the Ballroom.

All the glitz and glitter of the evening will
be setting the stage for fine dining, wonderful entertainment, including Think
Big! Brass Band with special guest emcee David Ahearn. Held the day
before the actual Academy Awards, you will experience Vintage Hollywood, in all
her glory, while supporting vulnerable children in our community. Bring

Watters Creek Valentines Day Shopping Event Feb 4! Thanks to the
organizing efforts of CASA volunteer advocate and board member, Karen Smith,
several stores at Watters Creek at Montgomery Farm have agreed to give 20% of
their Thursday, February 4th sales receipts to CASA of Collin
County. Participating stores are: Filthy Rich - World Famous Celebrity Jewelry, Flirt Boutique, Jean Junkie, Panacea, Swoozies -
Presents, Paper, Printing & Pizazz and the Apricot Lane Boutique. Market
Street at Watters Creek is providing cookies for the shopping event.
