The dvd 'Ashayana Deane on Ascension Mechanics Part 1' is based on science and facts, backing up much of what 2012 is all about. Ashayana Deane is an ET contactee, who obtains her information from what they term themselves as The Guardian Alliance.
Her information is basically downloaded to her via what she terms as Electronic Data Streaming. Apparently, a much safer way as opposed to channeling material in.
I found her material to be truth, and it is quite fascinating and much needed for these times we are in. I will have her Parts 2 and 3 coming shortly.
Included below are two documents to bring to court, if you would prefer a fair trial. Trial by Jury has been taken out of the court system, and judgement these days is left to the Judge's whim. Judges do not work for us, they swear an oath to the bar, which is basically swearing to the Crown (Queen), and most of us know what the Queen is all about, pure evil.
The information below is already starting to make waves, and THEY are shit-scared of the public knowing this sort of information. If enough people do it, it will make necessary positive changes to our swindled judiciary system.
Lastly, is a game of Bullshit Bingo to give you a laugh. These words/phrases very much quoted by PM Julia Gillard, is very reminiscent of mind-control programming. You be the Judge! Enjoy, gee I can hear you laughing from here...

Public Notice: Right to Trial by Jury

Dear Fellow Freedom Fighters,
The wind of change is blowing through rafters and we're about to blow the roof off these KANGAROO COURTS.
With one single piece of paper that claims our Courts to be our Courts ..... by LAW.
The PUBLIC NOTICE is what everyone must print and distribute far and wide across Australia for everyone going to any Court to present in Court before, during and even after any proceedings in any action in which they are involved. It is a succinct document which combines the essential elements of a "Notice of Understanding and Intent & Claim of Right" into a Challenge to the Jurisdiction of the Court which is a legal procedure which has the effect of bringing about a peremptory Stay of Proceedings until the Jurisdiction of the Court is determined by a Special Jury.
It is the PUBLIC NOTICE that must be taken up by every FREE MAN and WOMAN who values their LIFE, their LIBERTY and their PROPERTY.
Last week, John Bauskis frightened the pants of a Judge in the NSW Supreme Court by simply offering it to him and he refused to allow John to give it to his Association (the Judge's Association, that is).
Yesterday, my son Anthony, gave one to the Registrar of the Parramatta Local Court because he was diverted away from going into the Court he was scheduled to go to and, instead, told to see the Registrar in another courtroom. When Anthony gave it to the clerk to hand on to the Registrar, the Registrar said, before he actually got it in his hand, said, "It sounds like something that is from a website."... and he hurriedly suggested to the Police Prosecutor, "I think we should adjourn this matter to the 5th of August." and the Police Prosecutor was definitely agreeable to that.
Today, I had a meeting with the new State Parliamentary representative for Baulkham Hills, Mr David Elliott... and I gave him a copy of the PUBLIC NOTICE, saying they will be surfacing in all the Courts. I also gave him a copy of suggested Memorandum of Consent which the new Attorney-General, Mr. Greg Smith SC, must make available to everyone coming to Court so that, if anyone did want to waiver his Right to Trial by Jury for a particular action, only by having both parties to that action sign such a waiver can any Court have Jurisdiction to proceed summarily.
David Elliott said he would study my website and that, because he was no a lawyer, he will have to work on getting a better understanding to the Law.
We spoke about a few other issues, eg: fraudulent variable interest rate contracts, violent Police being protected by Judges, Judges concealing stealing by the Banks, Judges arbitrarily taking away People's Civil Rights, etc.. .... all of which he said he had to find out more about... which is fair enough, considering he's only just been sworn in.
HOWEVER, we can not rely on politicians.
We must take this PUBLIC NOTICE... this SWORD OF JUSTICE..... into the Courts, ourselves.......NOW!
Then and only then, will the politicians follow us ....because we're going to force Justice back into our Courts.
And, if these Parliamentarians don't get that House of Debate back in conformity with the Will of the People, they will be made accountable for any delay (which is denial) of Justice.
