The Miss Gay USofA 2009 Pageant is coming to Dallas May 19 thru 22 with preliminary events happening at the Round Up Saloon May 17 - 21. The dance floor and dance lessons will be close for the week.

The Makeup and Mayhem live art auction will be pulling together the talent of our community to help benefit the Million Gay March of Texas. There will be works of art in a variety of mediums for purchase, all original pieces by local artisans and artists as well as a silent auction for some great items!
The infamous Ivana Tramp will be our live auctioneer and performer! A night of wine, laughs and smart sassy fun!
The goal of this event is to empower the community, both straight and gay, to become involved in the fight for equality and to have to tools to be able to stand and fight against bigotry and fear. At the Rorschach Gallery, 518 W. Davis St. in the Artisan's Collective.

Humane Society 
Niko Uno is a Domestic Short Hair male that been neutered. He is about 1-2 years old weighing in at 12 lbs. right now. He is Blue and White, Reason for surrender: Found as a stray.
This baby came in with an injured eye that had to be removed. He is doing much better now. He is very sweet and affectionate. He is good with kids and other cats.
