Greetings!

Biosensis has many quality antibodies ideal for the study of Autophagy in most cell types. This month's newsletter features ATG4B,  APG5, GABARAP and  MAP1LC3 C, but a visit to our website will lead you to a wide range of quality antibodies useful for the study of Apoptosis, Growth Factors, Stem Cells and Neurodegenerative diseases.

ATG4IHC
Rabbit Antibody to ATG4B (APG4B)

Image from the temporal cortex of a formaldehyde-perfused human Alzheimer's disease brain. Free-floating cryostat sections were treated with primary antibody at a dilution of the whole serum of 1 in 500 for 48 hours, and HRP labelled secondary. Note the lack of non-specific staining and punctate labelling of intracellular particles thought to be autophagosomes. Image was taken using 40x magnification objective, and the width of the image is 360µm.

Gabarap WB
Rabbit antibody to GABARAP

Western blot under reducing conditions on 293 cell lysate using Rabbit antibody to GABARAP: whole serum (R-143-100) at a dilution of 1:100 and developed with ECL.

MAP1LC3C_IHC
Rabbit antibody to MAP1LC3C

Image from the temporal cortex of a formaldehyde-perfused human Alzheimer's disease brain. Free-floating cryostat sections were treated with MAP1LC3C (R-140-100) antibody at a dilution of 1: 500 for 48 hours, and HRP labelled secondary antibodies. Labelled intracellular particles are consistent with autophagosome localization. Image was taken using 40x magnification objective, and the width of the image is 360µm
