Yodis/Ukraine Praise & Prayer
|

Greetings!
Beth and I are really busy right now, but we didn't want you to miss out on the opportunity to pray for a number of items that are really important.
Praise- Oleg & Lena are now fostering a darling two and a half year old boy named Stanislav (Stas). The new parents are ecstatic and the child is feeling the love! (Check out the article "It's a boy!" below)
- God has changed the administration of the largest evangelical entity in Donetsk and this has allowed us to establish relationship leading to partnership. The leadership of this entity in charge of Christian education has enthusiastically embraced our training to supplement their program of missions.
- Charity is embracing the transition to America and is doing well in her freshman year of college. After helping Charity get settled into college, Beth had safe travels and a great reunion with Eric in Ukraine.
- Vail Christian Church of Tucson, AZ is sending a group of 13 youth to
come help build the church on the shelter. Their help is essential as
we attempt to get the roof on the building before winter sets in. They
will also be helping us reach out and build relationship in the
community by ministering at a school for the hearing impaired and also
at a Christian orphanage.
Prayer- Beth needs your prayer as much of the burden for organizing the hospitality for our visiting youth falls on her shoulders.
- The team from Tucson needs your prayers to stay safe, healthy and accident free. We are praying that God will allow the great weather we have experienced to continue throughout their visit.
- Pray that we will be successful in finishing the block wall construction and at least the second floor ceiling panels at the church on the shelter construction before freezing begins.
- The church planting program commonly referred to as Project 250, needs your prayer as we continue gathering student applications and working out the details of our new partnerships.
There is so much going on that we can barely keep up with it right now. Our last prayer request is that God would help us keep our heads on straight, our priorities in order, and our love for Him and for each other growing daily. We appreciate you and the ministry that you have had in prayer and financial support.
Gratefully,
