The Urgent vs. the Important, Part One
What kind of day do you typically have? One that is structured, or one that seems to take on a life of its own? A day that you're in control of, or one that is in control of you?

If your day is hectic or chaotic, it's likely that you're responding to what appears to be urgent: things that have to be handled NOW. But only a fraction of what's urgent is also important. The rest can likely be handled at another time.

Your job this week is to ask yourself the question: "Is this important for me to do right now, or can this wait?" You don't have to do anything about it (although you could). For now, just notice it.
