Two co-chairs plus 10-12 team members to design decorations, 25+ for three days prior to event for set up, works with Grad Nite chairs, Entertainment/Activities Chair and Food Chair to provide decorations for the event.

• Uses as many materials as possible from prior events to decorate all areas according to Grad Nite theme
• Stays within pre-determined budget
• Solicits donations if possible
• Coordinates the set up decoration team meetings
• Coordinates rental/delivery/pick-up of any props rented
• Works with Demo Committee concerning what to keep/store and how to store it
• Inventories items in storage pod  
• Coordinates decorations for each area
• Works with Facilities Coordinator on layout of venue
• Set up begins on the Wednesday before Grad Nite and continues up until the event begins

Reserved Graduation Parking and Seating

Chairs plus 6 committee members (underclassmen parents only), coordinate the sale and reservation of parking and seating for graduation. MUST WORK BEFORE, DURING AND AFTER THE GRADUATION CEREMONY.

• Determines price and procedure for selling limited number of canopy-covered seats for graduation and a limited number of reserved parking places in the administrative parking lot for graduation.
• Collects reservation forms/payments and coordinates with finance chairperson
• Coordinates communication regarding sales/availability of seats and parking spaces with Grad Nite Chairs and eblast coordinator.
• Sets up and ropes off the reserved parking areas the night before graduation.
• Sets up canopies over the reserved seats on the morning of graduation.
• Monitors both the reserved parking and the reserved seating to insure only those who have bought the spaces/seats are taking them prior to and during graduation ceremony.
• Takes down and transports canopies to Grad Nite Check-In area after graduation ceremony ends.
