The Grad Nite Committee is selling and staffing the reserved parking and seating at graduation.  This is a fundraiser whose proceeds will support Grad Nites 2012 & 2013.  

We need parent volunteers to oversee the sale of tickets for reserved parking and seating as well as work on the day of graduation (June 17th).  Positions include:

• Chair of Reserved Parking & Seating Committee
• Co-Chair of Reserved Parking & Seating Committee
• 10 volunteers to run reserved parking area, including directing traffic, verifying reservations, placing and removing traffic cones 
• 10 volunteers to manage reserved seating area, including putting up and taking down canopies, verifying reservations
