The CCA Foundation is requesting assistance from parent volunteers to help us guarantee a safe and successful graduation ceremony:
Thursday, June 17th
- 4 adults to help put up and secure the shade canopies; afternoon or evening
- 2 adults to help hammer in
stakes and rope off the parking spaces on the field with caution tape; afternoon or evening
Friday, June 18th (Graduation Day)
- 3 or more adults to direct parking; 11:30am- 1:30pm
- 3 or more people to assist with seating;
11:30am - 1:30pm
- 2-4 adults to dismantle canopies after
the ceremony and remove stakes/tape from the field; afternoon
