RenWeb School Management Software gives you, the busy parent, an opportunity to get more involved in your child's academic progress and future success - all via the Internet!

 

RenWeb's ParentsWeb is a private and secure parents' portal that will allow you to view academic information specific to your children, while protecting your children's information from others. You can see your child's grades, attendance, homework and conduct, as well as other useful school information. You can also communicate with teachers and other school staff online whenever necessary.  All you need is an Internet-capable computer.

 

Here's how to access our easy-to-use RenWeb ParentsWeb:

 

  • First, you need to make sure that Union has your email address in RenWeb.  You can do this by just replying to this email or by calling 479-783-7327.  Be sure to let us know your student's name.  We will send you an email reply letting you know that this request has been processed.       
  • After your email address has been placed into RenWeb, go to www.renweb.com and click 'Logins'.  This is found toward the top right of the screen.  
  • Click 'ParentsWeb Login'.
  • Type your school's District Code which is UC-AR.
  • Click 'Create New ParentsWeb Account'.
  • Type your email address and an email is sent to you.
      
  • Click the 'Click to change password' link. This link is only valid for 15 minutes.
  • A web browser displays your Name and RenWeb ID.
     
  • Type a User Name, Password and Confirm the password.
  • Click Save Password.
    A message displays at the top of the browser, "User Name/Password successfully updated."
     
  • You can now log into ParentsWeb using your new User Name and Password.

 

 

 

If you receive the message "Error: Invalid Credentials" then click 'Forgot Username/Password'. You will be prompted to type your email address. (It must be the email address that Union has in Renweb as your email address.) An email will be sent to you. Click the 'Click to change password' link. This link is only valid for 15 minutes. A browser window will display your name, your person ID, your user name and an obscured password. Type a new user name and password and click 'Save Password'. A message will display at the top of the browser, "User Name/Password successfully updated."

STUDENTSweb

 

Union students have been given a Google email address that they may use as a login to access their student Renweb account.  This email address consists of the following naming convention:  <Student first name>.<Student last name>@unionstudents.org.  They will use the above information to login except they will select the Students tab instead of the Parents tab from the login screen.   With this access, students may verify their homework assignments and check their grades.
