Elementary Campus Valentine's Day Parties
| | Our Union elementary students enjoyed their Valentine's Day parties this past Tuesday! Each grade celebrated the holiday in various ways, some even taking time to send gifts of love to those in need!
Kindergarten teacher, Mrs. Thornton, made these babies with blankets for the group going to Honduras to take to the children! This is a wonderful example of love and compassion!
Mrs. Passmore's 2nd grade students listened to her read a special book for Valentine's Day called Someobdy Loves You, Mr. Hatchett.
Mrs. Polhemus' 3rd grade students expressed their creativity by bringing their beautiful Valentine boxes that they decorated themselves at home.
As a 4th grade tradition, parents of students in Mrs. Markham and Mr. Sweet's classes came the night before and decorated the students' desks! This was a wonderful surprise for them when they arrived at school on Tuesday!
Way to spread love to all Union elementary students!!! |

In order to receive weighted credit for the AP class, the student must take the exam. In most institutions, a score of 3 will award college credit. However, the student should check with their institution to see if there are any other criteria. The fee each exam is $87. This fee is due to Mrs. Chavis by March 5th. Make checks payable to Union Christian Academy and on the memo line name the test(s). These funds go directly to CollegeBoard for payment for the tests and scoring.
