Why we Love U

Our son, Brennen Booth, went in for emergency appendix surgery this week.  We have always had a special place in our hearts for the UCA families.  We would like to express what it feels to be on the receiving end.  Everywhere we turned at the hospital there was a UCA family member there waiting to pray, to show love.  Brennen and our family were truly at peace.  We felt the love of our Lord through Union families.  We know that UCA had every inch of this hospital covered by prayer.  To know that our child goes to a school that truly loves him is the greatest honor a parent can have.  Thank you!

With love in Christ,

Richard & Tracie Snow & Jimmy Booth

Senior Mission Trip to Haiti

March 11-18, 2012

We are on our way! The applications for 28 seniors and 4 sponsors have now been sent to Joshua Expeditions for our Senior Mission Trip. The original deposit of $275 was made for all of these students; now to raise the other $1725!  We are asking for the continued support of our Union family-through prayer, financial support, and constant encouragement. If you, or anyone you know, would like to contribute to our trip, please go online to joshuaexpeditions.org, go to the home page, then go to make a payment, give our Expedition number (M126), and then you will see a list of those seniors signed-up to go on the trip. Click on to the student you wish to support and then make your payment. You can either do this through an automatic payment (at that time), or you may send the money through the mail (their address is also on this website). If you would like to make a "lump sum" donation (allowing us to share your donation with students who are having more difficulty raising their support) you may send a check to Union Christian Academy Seniors, c/o Mrs. Sagely.

....holding to our verse in Isaiah 58:12 to..."rebuild, raise up, repair, and restore" the people of Haiti.
