Tasty Tuesday!
Primed for New Zealand
This Tuesday, October 2nd, we present our mid-week FREE wine tasting. Every Tuesday is tasty! From 5:00 - 7:00, we host this bonus tasting of three wines to get you through the early week and land you safely on hump day!
This week, we welcome Eric Platt from Pacific Prime Wines as our special guest. He'll be pouring three very different selections from his dynamic New Zealand portfolio, beginning with a juicy, tropical Sauvignon Blanc before moving to an elegant Riesling whose haunting aroma is a dead ringer for those of the Mosel. We'll finish with a deliciously complex Pinot Noir brimming with smoke and spice (and also available at this event for a special price - $19.99 - five dollars less than its typical price of $24.99).
And don't forget:
Tasty Tuesday 20%
Mixed Case Discount!
After you taste, put together 12 bottles from our Tasty Tuesday lineup, and we'll take an entire 20% off!

Gimme Gimme Gamay 2012!
Gamay, a grape whose versatility and friendliness make it a champion of the changing seasons, has captured our hearts and palates. Responsible for some of the world's most refreshing reds as well as wines which pair gracefully with almost any meal, Gamay can truly be counted among the few things in life which actually do offer "something for everyone." This Saturday, we're celebrating the varietal with a tasting of two lovely rosés, an elegantly fresh and concentrated red from the capital of Gamay, Beaujolais, and a tangy sparkler from Savoie with a kiss of sweetness.
(WEEKLY WINE: $12 to $19.99)

"Cabochard" Rosé 2011
100% Gamay Saint Romain
(Southern Loire, France)
CRANBERRY & WHITE CHERRY, RED LICORICE & CANDLE WAX This rosé is a bright, shiny, pink beacon of glorious Gamay goodness, and it's just perfect for the "stubborn" people refusing to try pink wines for fear of their being sweet. In fact Cabochard is French slang for a stubborn person and this is a dry wine - no sweetness to be found. Stephane Serol has been head...
