We have all faced difficulty communicating our message at one time or another: dealing with conflict, getting our opinions heard, being able to assert ourselves in complex situations, etc. Whether we are trying to make a positive first impression, assert leadership or resolve a problem in a personal relationship, the heart of "being heard" is first knowing what message you REALLY want to convey and having the skills to do so with grace and confidence.
Join WIW and Jennifer Horn for an engaging and informative conversation about honing your message and how to most effectively communicate it to others!
