What they are . . .
BUSINESS GROUPS
Entrepreneurs outline their challenges, obstacles and ideas while their peers brainstorm with them to problem solve, suggest, encourage and motivate. The group serves as a sounding board and accountability partners.
PERSONAL GROUPS
Women share their personal challenges while their peers problem solve, suggest and encourage based on their wisdom and experience. Issues may be career, financial, confidence, assertiveness, relationships, inability to set and achieve goals, or motivation just to name a few.

Those with a deep commitment to personal and/or business success, who want to dig deep and work on their challenges and goals and those who are willing to act on recommendations and be accountable for performance.
