Changes to Immunization Policy
|
In November 2009, immunization proof requirements for entry to New Brunswick schools were changed. The new legislation requires that proof include more immunizations which are recommended for age. Also, the preschool booster must now be given after the age of 4 but before school entry. Strengthening protection before children enter the school community will help prevent spread of disease.
You can contact your local school district or Public Health for more details. If you have a notice you think should be included in the fredkid newsletter, please send to content@fredkid.com
