sjkid is excited to announce that the 2nd Annual sjkid FAIR is this Saturday (May 1st, 20010). You will find tons of info about the FAIR in this issue.

We have included our usual Event Listing, lots of fun activities going on!

FAIR2nd Annual sjkid FAIR
sjkidfairsjkid is so excited that, the 2nd Annual sjkid FAIR, is this Saturday! This Family event will be held May 1st, 2010, 10 am-4pm, at the Trade and Convention Centre. This will be the Year's biggest event for Families in the Greater Saint John Area.Best of all it is Free!


Here is a schedule for the 2nd Annual sjkid FAIR:

All Day Activities

  • Exhibits, aimed to give Families information about arearesources and businesses. For list of exhibitors and location, click here
  • 3 Go-Go Gymnastic's Bouncy Castles! Including one just for toddlers and preschoolers. The castles will be supervised by trained professionals!
  • Hughes Surveys Lego corner where kids can create their own masterpiece
  • Free Face Painting all day long!
  • A simple and elegant  Mother's Day Craft in the Population Growth NB Craft Corner
  • Outside the Saint John Fire Department will be giving tours of their Smoke House.
  • Ambulance NB will let you tour an Ambulance (Outside)
  • and So much More!

Tips for the FAIR
Tips for making the most of your experience at the 2nd Annual sjkid FAIR:
  • Bring a reusable bag. Many booths have pamphlets, samples and kids crafts, you can use this bag to keep the items together.
  • Visit the Rogers Booth before you get your face painted
  • There is no canteen on site, but Market Square offers many places to obtain food and drinks
  • Avoid bringing a side by side double stroller, you will have a hard time getting down the aisles
  • Don't forget to visit the sjkid booth
  • Bring a pen, many booths have forms to fill out for draws
  • Have Fun!
