Summer is just around the corner. Are you wondering what to do with the kids this summer? In this issue, we give you some ideas for planning summer fun! We have included information on some great Summer Camps and ideas for Family Day Trips.
The 1st Annual sjkid FAIR was on May 2, 2009 at Pugsley Cruise Terminal. Almost 5000 people attended, See this issue for some photos from the event.

Raising a baby is a fun and exciting time for families. With it
however, comes the realization that it is an added expense. This month's contest asks for money saving tips, you have come up with, to ease the financial burden of raising your bundle of joy? The winner of this contest will win a Cloth Diaper Package from Little Tree Hugger.

Day Trips
|
Looking for somewhere to take the kids this summer, that's not too far away? There are some great places to go within 2 hours of our city!
Saint John - Their is tons to do in our own city. Go to Rockwood Park, Cherry Brook Zoo, or the New Brunswick Museum; etc...
Fredericton - is only an hour away from Saint John and has Kingswood Centre, Science East, and just outside of Fredericton is Kings Landing Historical Settlement.
St. Andrews - is about 1.5 hours from Saint John and has a great beach called "Katy's Cove", Kingsbrae Garden where everything is from a kid's perspective, and The Huntsman Aquarium.
Moncton - is about 2 hours from Saint John and has a zoo, Magic Mountain Water Park and Crystal Palace Indoor Amusement Park.
